Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction that also promotes healing. During a session your therapist will use light touch or slightly elevated hands to restore the body’s natural energy. Reiki is performed while clothed, so be sure to wear comfortable clothing. Reiki is known to relieve migraines, neck and back pain, and anxiety.
