“The key to an excellent massage… openly communicate with your Therapist.”

Amiee Romans, RD, LD, LMT

Owner and Director

Amiee graduated from OSU with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition. Her experience in the health field, knowledge of the human body and experience as Integrative Yoga Teacher has given her insight to the many benefits of Massage Therapy. She has seen many different approaches to wellness and believes that Massage Therapy is the most powerful medicine when it comes to relieving pain and discomfort.

Amiee became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2000. She specializes in massaging those with injuries, Fibromyalgia, nerve disorders, pain management and those needing stress relief. She has a background in Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Fascia Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Headache Assessment, Reiki and Hot Stone Massage. She tailors each massage to suit your specific problems and concerns.

Amiee teaches Massage for Couples, Pressure Point classes, and Nutrition Education. She was also a Massage Consultant for the OSU Athletics Department.

Erin Lester, LMT

Erin received her massage training at Columbus State Community College. She initially began massage therapy training as a supplement to help her patients in a physical therapy rehabilitation environment. She quickly fell in love with massage after realizing it is one of the best and most important stand-alone treatments to reduce pain and stress.  She believes that the best massage is customized and promotes a feeling of connectedness within the body. Every massage addresses her client’s areas of concern. Erin specializes in deeply relaxing Swedish massage, "targeted tissue" massage (which slowly and deliberately works on the deeper layers of a muscle group and tissues); trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping massage, and hot stones.

Jane Stevenson Wilson, LMT, CRM

A student of meditation since the mid 1970’s and a Massage Therapist since 1979, Jane’s professional interest in healing and growth has risen from her own process of becoming happy and whole. Her current approach to that process involves Massage, Reflexology, Polarity, a great deal of Reiki and ChiLel Quigong.

Jane teaches Reiki, Chi Lel QiGong, and Massage for Partners.

A certified teacher of Reiki since 1999, her intention is to support a general sense of health, well-being, the remembering of our connection to our Source and who we truly are.
