Cancellation Policy

Essentials Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork has a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged 50% for a missed appointment if you do not cancel 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancelling your appointment 24-hours in advance allows our therapists to offer your time slot to someone in need of stress or pain relief and honors our therapist’s time. We understand that life happens. Exceptions may apply, depending on the circumstances.

No Show

Essentials Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork has a no show policy. You will be charged 50% for a missed appointment. If you would like to schedule a new appointment, you are required to pay the 50% fee prior to booking a new appointment. Again, we understand that life happens. Exceptions may apply, depending on the circumstances.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late to your appointment, it is unlikely that your therapist can shift their schedule. Your massage will still end as it was originally scheduled.
